Alysse worked internationally at a leading financial institution for 6+ years, in communications and content development roles that became increasingly focused on team dynamics, culture and community building. Through her experience and training, she found that real stories and connections drive employee engagement and talent development, providing companies with a unique opportunity to build their brand around their employees, creating strong communities and expanding their reach.

Jasmine and Alysse worked together at a boutique marketing agency, focused on digital content for Canadian TV shows, where they grew creatively, leaning into the art and design of marketing and entertainment.
